Introducing, popped lotus seeds - also known as Fox nut, GORGON NUT or PHOOL MAKHANA (*LIKE POPCORN, BUT BETTER WORKS TOO)

They’re a very popular snack in India, particularly Bihar where we grow natively

THEY DERIVE FROM THE lotus flower, The national flower of india.

They’re grown in water, milled (sustainably) and left to dry. They’re then popped to create the delicious,
light and crunchy snack we love so much.

As for the flavours? 100% natural of course! You really think we’d create a snack that wasn’t GMO free & vegan friendly in 2019?
